⭐️ Room assignments are based upon information submitted on your registration form.  No room assignments until all occupants are paid. You are responsible for an accurate and complete registration.

Your registration is NON-REFUNDABLE, even in dire emergencies. It is your responsibility to resell your registration.

If you find a replacement, your replacement will pay you.  Please email us the full name, address, and phone number of the attendee replacing you. Changes in registrant’s names should be made prior to arrival at Arrowhead to avoid delay at check-in.

⭐️⭐️ Important:  The Conference Center grounds are very hilly and the buildings are spread out. Every effort will be made to meet your physical needs, but accommodations are not guaranteed. In recent years, our population has grown so that we receive many handicapped room requests. Not all accommodation requests can be met.
